So.... I went to a gymkhana event today and it was definitely different! At firstm I thought it was all drift but then I learned that it was a combination of time trials and drift. You get timed for how fast you go through the course and you get style points for drifting! So anyways, I drove the event with some of the girls from Drifting Pretty and it was crazy! The courses they set up slaloms and donuts and sharp turns and what not. We did a whole bunch of practice runs during the day and int eh afternoon, we had the qualifying runs for who would drive at Hot Import Nights next weekend and guess what.... I got in! I was in the top 12 to qualify to drive so if you're going to HIN next week, I might see you there. haha... anyways, here are some pics of cars that were there and things that happened. hope you enjoy!

oh wow! that was you? i told you that you were good, lol. i totally forgot that gymkhana was autox/drifting. i got used to the practice drift events, so i took this event as another practice drift event, :( i should have just gripped the entire track and maybe i would have been at the HIN with you too, :sadtear:

i know huh so we can all have events together. I know they've been meaning to talk to Jackson about joining one of the 626 events, I gave them his contact info, dunno what happened about that.

yeah, it was fun. lol. the courses were crazy! it was amazing that i was able to remember the course because it changed everytime my group went out.
