try ur hardest to wash your face with facial soap with protein and nutrients and all of that shit at least twice a day...especially right after working on ur cars. u dont notice it, but alot of shit gets in them pours, and well thats just gross.

You should totally not listen to any of the boys. Take info from the girl:

1.) If you have dry skin, you should use: Neutrogena one step gentle cleaner. This helps to even your skin tone w/o overdrying.

2.) if you have normal to oily skin (meaning not peely): Neutrogena deep clean invigorating skin cleanser, or, Cetaphil daily facial cleanser for normal to oily skin. These can be kinda rough on your skin, however, so you should always use a moisturizer after washing your face.

3.) if you have peely skin (where it's flaky in some spots), you should use: Aveeno Positively Radiant Cleanser with Moisture-Rich Soy Extracts. Aveeno is the best at combo skin.

In all circumstances, you should wash your face x2 daily. Once usually in the morning and once at night. Always make sure you're using extremely warm water to open your pores, and make sure that you're rubbing on the face wash in circular motion. After you're done washing the face wash off, make sure that you splash your face with cool/cold water. This will close your pores and make sure that no oil gets in them as a result of them air-drying and you touching your face with no-so-clean hands. Also, this will decrease the amount of acne (if any) that you have. You'll notice that -maybe- you'll break out a little bit more in the beginning of this routine, but that's only because you're face is trying to open up your pores and eliminate the oil inside (so that's good).

For lotions, the best to use is Eucerin Extra Protective Moisture Lotion SPF 30. The SPF is good for your face; regardless if you care or not, your skin does. The more sun exposure without protection that your face gets, the more it ages and gets dirty. I know it's girly, but believe me.. you'll notice a difference after a couple of days.

Another thing you should do x2 a month is a scrub. I know, I know - girly. Yes. but still.. this will help your face maintain a perfect balance. The best facial scrub available at a decent price is Olay Smooth Skin Exfoliating Scrub with Gentle Microbeads. Not everyone needs to scrub, but if you're starting a new routine, it's a good thing to pick up.

Another good thing to during the process of a new regime is by getting Biore Pore Strips. They're fun, they're good for the nose and below eye area, and they're a good alternative to the scrub thing. (Just don't let your girl friends see!).
